We’re moving fast through 2025, and the need to ground, clear, and reconnect with our inner power has never been more important. This experience is designed to help you align with your second chakra, release outdated energy, and create space to manifest something new and deeply aligned.
Ann will begin by guiding a meditation focused on clearing the sacral chakra, the center of creation and personal sovereignty. As the world shifts and old systems dissolve, this journey will help you reconnect with your role in co-creating a new paradigm, both within and around you.
From there, we will move into a Healing Drum Journey, clearing energy, opening channels of creativity, and awakening your inner voice.
Ann will also share a brief astrological and energetic forecast, as well as introduce you to your animal spirit guide for the season ahead. We’ll close with open discussion and shared insights, allowing the collective energy to gently support each other’s transformation.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or cozy blanket, meditation pillow (optional), water bottle, and something to write with and on. Light snacks will be provided.
