Bring: Yoga mat and/or meditation pillow with blanket if desired. Also, please bring something to write on (journal) and write with.
Ann will lead an in depth open discussion about meditation as well as some practice of different types of meditations. This will include guided meditation, open eye meditation, moving and walking meditation, as well as music, symbols and silencing the mind. Meditation is extremely helpful, effective and an important part of our daily self care, especially in the chaos and the drama happening world. We can dive deep within and learn how to remain in the space of the “eye of the storm.”
It helps with focus, lowering our blood pressure, our heart rate, is grounding while at the same time releasing the ego thoughts and the lower vibrations and frequencies we can unintentionally immerse ourselves in. It connects us with our spirit guides and deepens our intuition, our faith and our overall health and well being.
It’s a valuable tool that is easy to access and reconnects us with who we are and why we are here.
