Bring: Water bottle and something to write on and write with. Snacks and yoga mats, pillows and blankets will be provided.
Ann will introduce the Reiki healing drum journey with a meditation that opens the root chakra along with the rest of the chakra system. After the meditation she will lead a Reiki healing drum journey and focus on grounding and a sense of feeling safe in the body, hence safe in the world. This will allow blocks and interferences to clear from the root chakra and bring in stability and the ability to move forward and thrive, not just survive.
The Reiki drumming works on the subconscious mind. It shifts brain patterns, which allows healing to take place in a safe and subtle way.
Ann will do a brief forecast of the astrological line up in both eastern and western astrology. There will be an interactive Q&A period and for fun, Ann will cover each individual’s Chinese sign and what that brings for the rest of this year and into next year. In addition, she will give each person their spirit animal that is assisting them at this time.
Attendees will journal after the Reiki drum journey and bask in a sound bath of crystal singing bowls and healing chimes.
