Healing the Heart Chakra with Liz Williams and Ann Bibbey

Join Ann Bibbey and Liz Williams for this “Healing the Heart Chakra” workshop. Ann will lead a meditation, drum journey and astrological reading. Liz will focus on integrated healing using Postural Restoration (PRI) ®️.

What to expect: To begin, Liz will use Postural Restoration (PRI) ®️ integrated healing of pain, emotional and physical, through intuitive listening of mind and emotions and observations of patters in the body. By releasing habits of posture, breathing and perception, we free our body to flow with God’s Will and His Purpose for our lives. We are a new creation day by day.
Ann will introduce the healing drum journey with a meditation focusing on the heart chakra. After the mediation Ann will lead a healing drum journey assisting the participants in opening their heart and releasing grief, self judgement, regret and any heaviness that needs to go. The intention is to help everyone to be delivered from their past hurts and pain in order to step into their creative intentions for the future from a place of self love, inspiration, joy and sovereignty.
Like Jesus said in his sermon on the mount. Matthew 5:8 “Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see God.”
Ann will talk about the epic solar eclipse in Aries that will occur on April 8th, 2024. This will be an eclipse that won’t happen again for many years to come. It will usher in an immense amount of light. She will discuss the main themes that will unfold in 2024 that will echo for months to come and answer any questions people have.
Attendees will then journal their healing experience from the healing drum journey and do a brief Q & A as well as a group discussion.

Lastly, Ann will bring in each person’s spirit animal that is assisting them at this time. Feel free to bring a friend or family member.
