Healing Reiki Drum Journey and Meditation

Bring: Yoga mat and/or a meditation pillow and/or blanket if desired. Also, please bring something to write on (journal) and write with, as well as your water bottle as it will most likely be a warm day.

During this in person event, I will introduce the healing drum journey with a meditation focusing on the root chakra and grounding as well as opening the heart chakra.
After the meditation I will lead a Reiki healing drum journey on anchoring and balancing the root chakra with practicality while assisting the participants to sink into their heart chakra. The intention is to help everyone with step into any recent changes or transformations with a sense of self compassion, coming from a space of love while feeling of a sense of thriving and not just surviving.
Attendees will then journal after the Reiki drum journey and do a Q & A as well as a group discussion.
I will also talk about the epic energetic shifts that have occurred since the recent lunar eclipse on May 15th in Scorpio (lasting for six months) and the Super Full Moon in Sagittarius on June 14th. In addition, I will give a brief overview of the sun and rising signs for participants during this Saturn retrograde, which occurred on June 4th and goes until October 22nd. Saturn Retrogrades are known for challenging periods of astrological time that most often preside over major structural changes within our lives.
Lastly, I will bring in each person’s spirit animal that is assisting them during these times. If you attended my past Reiki healing drum journey, you may or may not have the same spirit animal(s) as a lot is changing fast and so our guides can as well!
