MEDITATION AND REIKI DRUM JOURNEY

PLEASE BRING: yoga mat or favorite blanket, something to write with and write on, a water bottle and/or a meditation or favorite pillow if desired. Snacks will be provided.

Ann will introduce a Reiki healing drum journey with a meditation that opens up the solar plexus chakra, our power center. After the meditation, she will lead a Reiki healing drum journey and focus on clearing some blocks and interferences around any of the following; feeling out of control, being controlled, feeling a lack of self confidence, feeling a loss of power or being empowered, or giving your power away. This will allow the ability to step back into your power in an authentic and strong way, without hesitation or discomfort. The Reiki Drumming works on the subconscious mind. It also shifts brain patterns which allows healing to begin in a safe and subtle way.
Ann will do a brief forecast of the astrological line up. There is A LOT happening at this time! And there will be an interactive discussion where Ann will do an intuitive reading for each participant to get a sense of what is either blocking them, something they need to change, have healed or completely released from their life or their energy field. This may or may not be something they know. It can also be an old belief, thought form, emotion, toxic pattern, or even an unintentional form of self sabotage or undeserving piece that sits in the subconscious mind. Whatever comes up it can be brought into the person’s awareness so they can take the necessary steps to address it in order to move forward onto the next leg of their journey! Change is awaiting all of us and in order to co-create, we must face some of the old in order to make room for the new!
